Bang Si-hyuk and Min Hee-jin spotted together in China?

On October 30, numerous online communities and social media platforms saw the spread of posts titled “Bang Si-hyuk and Min Hee-jin spotted in China.”

Several photos included in these posts captured two people perfectly replicating President Bang and former CEO Min’s viral outfits.

In the uploaded photos, the person representing President Bang Si-hyuk wore a black T-shirt and beige pants with glasses, while the person imitating former CEO Min Hee-jin attracted attention in a green striped T-shirt and a blue hat , reminding people of Min Hee-jin “I’m waiting for the press conference.”

These photos also spread across Korean online communities, generating significant discussions.

Netizens expressed various opinions, such as “This really shows the incredible influence of K-pop. Everyone recognizes who they are supposed to be just in those clothes”, “It’s quite suitable for a Halloween concept”, AND “Is it appropriate to parody two people who are in conflict?”

Meanwhile, on October 29, the Seoul Central District Court Civil Court rejected the interim injunction filed by former CEO Min Hee-jin against HYBE regarding his reappointment as CEO. Although Min Hee-jin had asked HYBE, ADOR’s parent company and major shareholder, to reappoint her as CEO of ADOR in future board meetings, the court ruled that “appeal inadmissible and devoid of legal interest”.

Subsequently, Min Hee-jin’s legal representative, Sejong Legal, said on the same day that “The court did not rule on the validity of the shareholders’ agreement” and supported it “The shareholder agreement between HYBE and former CEO Min remains valid.”

Min Hee-jin’s team also said: “We will actively consider exercising rights related to HYBE’s breach of the shareholders’ agreement if HYBE and its ADOR nominee directors breach the agreement by not reappointing Min Hee-jin as CEO.”

As this suggests the possibility of legal action against HYBE over the shareholder agreement, observers expect the uncomfortable coexistence between former CEO Min Hee-jin, who remains ADOR’s in-house director, and HYBE to continue for the time being.
