After the court rejected her injunction to be reinstated as CEO of ADOR, Min Hee Jin called out HYBE for wasting the “chance” she had given them. In return, you are expected to do so This.
Since April, HYBE and Min Hee Jin have been infighting after the former accused her of betraying trust. She was stripped of her CEO role in August, but via a livestream, NewJeans protested the company’s decision to reinstate Min.
However, on October 29, the 50th Division of the Civil Court of the Seoul Central District Court (President Judge Kim Sang Hoon) rejected Min’s injunction and refused to reinstate her as CEO of ADOR.
On the same day, Min appeared on the launch of popular music critic Kim Young Dae’s new YouTube channel, which coincided with the second year since the NewJeans fandom took on the official name, Bunnies.
“Today is Bunnies birthday. They gave me several dates, but I chose this date because I thought it would be special, but I didn’t know the injunction would come today.”
Here, Min Hee Jin revealed that he submitted the injunction with a small hope of winning, but in his mind he decided to give HYBE the benefit of the doubt that they would surrender.

He explained:
“(This lawsuit) is unprecedented, so I thought my chances of winning were around 10-20%. From my point of view, I was giving HYBE another chance. I thought if I could get defeated even one time like this, they might have been able to accept things that they couldn’t because of their pride, and I might have been able to prove my innocence.”
But Min Hee Jin won’t back down now and claimed that HYBE made up all the lies to accuse her of baseless things, saying:
“Who spends money to do this? I do it because I’m crazy. Nobody can do what I do. I have to prove my innocence because I was falsely accused of a lie from the beginning.”
