After several hours, however, the crowns were collected and removed, with fans reporting that they would be placed again in the next few days because protest permits had been granted.

some answers about wreaths:
– they are legal, they have a permit confirmed by the police. hybe cannot tear them down because they are on the public road as a permitted demonstration.
-if you tamper with them you will be arrested, the police notified the army on site.

Even though the crowns will return, many have wondered why those protesting Seunghan’s removal have been allowed to continuously remain without any action from SM Entertainment. Some have even accused SM Entertainment’s apparent inaction of “encouraging” similar protests.
Bighit immediately removed that funeral wreath from Suga, while SM didn’t and left them there after 2 days @SMTOWNGLOBAL

I blame @SMTOWNGLOBAL for this shit.
Since you failed to protect Seunghan, now several artists (in this case, Suga of BTS) have received funeral wreaths because toxic fans are emboldened.

sm justified the actions of the people who sent funeral wreaths to Seunghan and it has already spread to other idols, what the fuck. pic.twitter.com/BVe8idMi2W

it’s their fault. sm set a precedent for this to happen. has made these people believe that all it takes to get what they want is to send funeral rages to a company building. many more idols will suffer this in the future. revolting. https://t.co/Vv3M9itpOP
