After it was announced Seunghan would return to activities with RIIZEfans against his return started various protests.
One way fans protested was through sending “dead” wreaths. SM Entertainment. Within a few days, the number of flower wreaths outside the company reached the hundreds, and they were not removed until after the announcement that Seunghan was no longer a member of RIIZE.
BTS fans call for its removal Suga apparently took inspiration from the protests against Seunghan.

some answers about wreaths:
– they are legal, they have a permit confirmed by the police. hybe cannot tear them down because they are on the public road as a permitted demonstration.
-if you tamper with them you will be arrested, the police notified the army on site.

Even though the crowns will return, many have wondered why those protesting Seunghan’s removal have been allowed to continuously remain without any action from SM Entertainment. Some have even accused SM Entertainment’s apparent inaction of “encouraging” similar protests.
Bighit immediately removed that funeral wreath from Suga, while SM didn’t and left them there after 2 days @SMTOWNGLOBAL
