He also revealed where the money goes.
SEVENTEEN‘S Vernon guest in episode 4 of Haha AND Yang Se Chanis the new YouTube series Public TV fools.
Vernon revealed that the members of SEVENTEEN are quite close and continue to live together. However, the hosts know that a large group can sometimes suffer from misunderstandings, so they asked how to resolve the issue. Vernon explained that they communicate. He revealed that they also hold regular team meetings, which helps. Each month, a different member covers the costs.
We joke a lot and also talk about work. …To be precise, every time we meet, pay the member who takes care of that month.
—Vernon
Vernon revealed further details about the monthly meetings. Sometimes there is a dress code depending on the member hosting…
There are members who do this, but I don’t. The last time, I don’t know choice Harry Potter. Cape, hat, tie, etc… DK ordered the costumes and assigned them to us.

The hosts wondered if there was a penalty for not wearing the costume. Vernon said no and that would only disappoint the member who organized the meeting.
Yet there is a penalty for something else!
Vernon revealed that you have to pay a fine of ₩10.0 million KRW (about $7,300 USD) if you miss a meeting, which is why no one ever misses a meeting! There is an exemption, though. If someone is legitimately sick or suffering from a fever, for example, they can lose it without penalty.
according to Vernon, for the seventeen monthly meetings, members who arrive late to the meetings must pay 100,000 won for each minute of delay, and if they cannot attend without a reasonable explanation, they must pay 10 million won 🥲😂😭 pic.twitter.com/PPoyCKjT5M

Although no one had to pay ₩10 million KRW (about $7,300), someone had to pay part of it for the delay. Members must pay ₩100,000 KRW (approximately $73.00 USD) for each minute of delay.
therefore for Seventeen’s monthly meetings there is a fine of 10 million won if a member does not show up without a valid reason and a fine of 100,000 won for every minute of delay 😆 pic.twitter.com/WtJSDZJFzO

But where does the money go? The collected penalty is actually used when the PLEDIS Entertainment staff go to their meetings.
