ITZY‘S Yeji recently opened up about his thoughts on his future with JYP Funarousing curiosity among fans as the group’s contract renewal approaches.
Following ITZY’s return with “Gold” earlier this week, the girls have embarked on their media duties, promoting their latest single with five members at several shows. Yeji recently appeared on Female generation Hyes, yesthe program on YouTube Hyo levels up, where he shared his feelings about working for the company while visiting JYP Entertainment headquarters.
Talking about how she practices, Yeji commented on why she works so hard and how she wants to stay with JYP for a long time.
Age: I want to continue playing with JYP Entertainment for a long time.
Hyoyeon: You heard him here, he wants to continue his music career here. Did you hear that, JYP?
Age: You heard it, right?
Hyoyeon: It seems like you are so loyal.
Age: I’m really grateful. The company actually matches my personality very well. So really, there is no company like JYP Entertainment. Sure, there are many, but…
She then went on to explain why she likes the company so much, saying she feels it fits her personality best among other agencies for myriad reasons.
