Cloud targeting Baek Yerin? “Asked to Wear Couple Ring After Breakup, Also Due to Verbal Abuse”

On October 14, Cloud shared a lengthy post on his personal account, stating: “This is for my colleagues who believe in me and for my partner, who got hurt despite doing nothing wrong.”

Cloud, who left his former agency PLP in February and retired from band The Volunteers, has revealed the challenges he has faced.

He mentioned that during his time at PLP, he went beyond his professional duties to support a “PLP artist” to prevent disruptions caused by the artist’s severe emotional fluctuations and impulsive actions.

Many netizens speculated that “PLP artist” refers to singer Baek Yerin.

Cloud shared that he dedicated his life to this work, even after he began a relationship. He stated that he had to maintain constant communication about the “PLP artist,” not only with the artist but also with the staff, even from the moment he woke up until he went to sleep. She also revealed that the artist sent disrespectful messages about her relationship, saying things like: “You will marry me anyway” AND “Will you continue to date that girl?

Cloud also revealed that when he wasn’t wearing the couple’s ring they exchanged while dating, it would affect their joint plans. He repeatedly asked the artist to avoid making private comments towards him on stage, but despite his requests, the artist publicly referred to their past nicknames and private expressions.

He claimed that after suffering verbal abuse, he decided to leave the team and the agency. Cloud also accused the artist of changing the studio’s password without permission, preventing him from recovering his personal equipment. He eventually got his equipment back months later through various channels.

Cloud added: “Although I once had a relationship with the PLP artist, it has been a long time since we resumed a professional relationship. However, even after the dissolution, I continued to provide care beyond professional duties to avoid any disruption to the program. He also said he had to take legal action after an unreleased song, which he co-wrote, was performed without his approval.

PLP only manages Baek Yerin and The Volunteers, leading many to speculate that the “PLP artist” Cloud is referring to is actually Baek Yerin.
