RIIZE’s Seunghan will officially leave the group
The company made the decision after realizing that they may not have been fully respectful of fans in their initial decision to reinstate Seunghan after a year-long hiatus. Following the announcement, Seunghan left a letter to fans to apologize and thank those who were upset by his news.
Hi, I’m Seunghan. I know many people have taken my return to promotions quite harshly, and I also recognize the gravity of the situation. I have thought deeply about whether I have only thought about myself until now, whether I am causing too much damage to the company and the members and whether it is really right for me to be part of RIIZE, a team that should be the one receiving love. As I think about these things, I feel nothing but apology and concern.
For this reason I decided that it is better for everyone if I leave the group. I don’t want to hurt or confuse the fans anymore, and I don’t want to further harm the members and the company. I want to express my thanks to the club and members who worked hard to give me another chance. And to those who supported me all this time, even though I missed him so much, thank you and I’m sorry.
The relationship between RIIZE and BRIIZE, where they encourage each other and grow together, is something I really don’t want to see get worse because of me. It also hurts my heart to see fans arguing with each other when it’s enough for them to simply love RIIZE. I am sincerely rooting for RIIZE, who I love, in the hope that they will receive even more love.
