SEVENTEENThe concert in Goyang, South Korea, was temporarily interrupted after a terrible fire broke out on the stage.
Fire was seen at the top of the stage among the many chandeliers. Once the staff noticed the incident, they asked the group to leave the stage.

Even though the fire wasn’t huge, it still created a lot of smoke, which posed a danger to the fans right below it. In several clips and videos you can see fans trying to blow the smoke away from them with their SEVENTEEN merchandise. There was also fear that it could very quickly turn into a larger fire. However, the staff quickly averted any further danger.

There was a 20 minute delay while staff addressed the hazard. The situation was complicated as the fire was on top of the huge stage. However, a staff member managed to climb onto the chandelier-filled railing and stop the fire before it got out of control.

Once the fire was extinguished following the staff’s quick actions, the CARATs on site applauded the staff member and the show could continue!

Luckily CARATs and SEVENTEEN were able to enjoy the rest of the concert without further problems. Luckily, no one was injured!
