HYBE family’s post goes viral for excluding famous artists

Many are confused by the exclusion.

Starting from BIGHIT Entertainment, MOVES has grown over the years through the success of its artists and the acquisition of other labels. As a result, HYBE boasts an impressive number of active and popular groups under its many labels.

The groups were also able to interact with each other in various ways, including artists who originally debuted before a label acquisition.

However, a post about the HYBE family of artists went viral because it excluded some popular groups.

On October 2, the CEO of CXO Avgan Indonesian media company, shared a post that included a birthday message and autographs from several groups under HYBE.

Shortly after, she reposted the image with the caption “Thank you, my HYBE family” on her Instagram story. The images were then reposted on X, which sparked discussion with over 1.1 million views, including how the original poster got the signatures.

Some have pointed this out BTS AND KATSEYE wasn’t included on the list, but due to their recent activities — signing up for BTS and non-Korean promotions until recently for KATSEYE — attention has focused on two other active groups.

Many were not surprised that NewJeans was not included among the artists who signed their autographs, as it is not the first time they have been excluded from HYBE activities.

The second artist, Fromis_9have surprised many as they are currently active and were included in the HYBE Insight exhibit at the Grammy Museum. While Fromis_9 debuted before the Pledis acquisition, so did SEVENTEEN, included in the image.
