Min Hee Jin released a statement in response to I LOVE ITof the latest announcement regarding his position within the company. Min’s latest statement continues the push for his reappointment as the company’s CEO.

Min’s legal representation released the statement on September 25.
“Min Hee Jin is cautious that extending her tenure under a flawed contract would not ensure the NewJeans’ normal activities as artists. Therefore, has clearly expressed his intention to return as CEO and has requested a concrete contract from HYBE that reflects their sincerity. He feels great anger at the repeated media game before any negotiations, without agreed details regarding the parties involved, duration or authority,” the statement read.
This comes later ADOR revealed that it will hold an extraordinary general meeting to discuss Min’s reappointment as internal director.
On the morning of September 25, journalist Jang Hyung Woo discussed a phone call with a MOVE PR representative during a radio interview. The reporter claimed that the representative downplayed the achievements of NewJeans, the successful girl group produced by Min Hee Jin under ADOR. HYBE quickly refuted these claims, releasing a statement denying the remarks attributed to its public relations team, adding another layer of complexity to the ongoing situation.
This follows significant developments in August, when ADOR announced that Min Hee Jin would no longer be CEO, although she would remain in-house director in charge of content production at NewJeans. In response, on September 11, all five members of NewJeans held a live broadcast on YouTube, in which they issued an ultimatum to HYBE, demanding the reinstatement of Min Hee Jin as CEO by September 25. On September 13, Min Hee Jin filed an injunction seeking his reappointment as both internal director and CEO of ADOR, escalating the situation.
