Behind the scenes‘S RM It was recently spotted on South Korea’s presidential website and ARMYs weren’t too happy about it.
On September 17, KST, President My Yoon Suk Yeol visited on the 15thThe Army Infantry Division, a front-line unit in Gangwon Province where RM is performing his mandatory military duties.
The presidential website posted several photos of Yoon’s visit, including one showing all the soldiers at the base.
In another, larger image posted on the website, RM could easily be spotted standing very close to the President.
The photo drew harsh criticism and concern from international fans, who felt it was a subtle attempt to exploit RM’s popularity to score political points. ARMYs felt that the rapper should feel uncomfortable being put in such a position, despite having made his stance clear through his music and actions.
