Late on the night of September 8, a topic titled “Kim Chaewon copied Winter’s hair again. It’s disgusting” was posted on the Korean forum Pann Nate, garnering significant attention with over 153,000 views and nearly 300 comments the following day.
According to the topic’s author, aespa’s Winter recently sported a platinum blonde hairstyle with blue streaks, and later, LE SSERAFIM’s Chaewon also appeared with a similar hairstyle.
However, according to Winter herself, this “hairstyle” was accidentally created by using purple shampoo after her hair color had faded, just to see if the shampoo would leave blue streaks in her hair.
As a result, the author of the topic accused Chaewon of even “accidental” copying Winter’s hairstyle, resurfacing previous accusations that Chaewon copied Winter.
