GREAT MUSIC has officially shared more details regarding TXT’s Yeonjun and his long-awaited solo mixtapeIt looks like the title track will be released several weeks before the album’s release.
Yeonjun to release pre-release track ahead of solo mixtape release
On September 9, BIGHIT MUSIC shared more information about the debut release in a statement. Following the pre-release of his track “GGUM” ON September 19thYeonjun’s full mixtape will be released as an album on October 29th at 6:00 PM KST, marking his first official solo release.
“YEONJUN Mixtape: GGUM‘ is Yeonjun’s first piece of music produced in his unique style and aims to have fun with MOA. It is a hip-hop genre and its electro sound adds to the charm,” the statement reads.
“The song will be available for pre-release before the official release to celebrate Yeonjun’s promotional activity on his first mixtape.. We ask for your interest and support,” he continued.
On September 6, it was first revealed that Yeonjun would be making his solo debut later this month. BIGHIT MUSIC quickly confirmed the news, stating, “Yeonjun will be making his solo debut in September. We will officially announce the release date and other specific details at a later date.” Shortly after this announcement, an exciting Intro movie teaser has been unveiled, building anticipation for the premiere of “GGUM” and the full mixtape.
Fans were already abuzz with excitement after Yeonjun hinted at his solo plans during his appearance on BTS Jin’s YouTube show “Run Jin” on September 3. During the show, Yeonjun surprised everyone by saying: “I’m getting ready for my solo debut,” fueling anticipation for what is to come.
With Yeonjun’s established reputation as a dynamic and talented artist, his solo debut promises to showcase his unique talent and creativity. Fans are also eagerly awaiting both the preview and the full album, due out next month.
