On May 15, ADOR uploaded several photos of Haerin along with the message “GOOD MORNING HAERIN” through its official social accounts.
In the newly released images, Haerin showed off her signature cat-like graphics and mysterious aura. From leaning against a sunlit window to taking selfies in a natural mirror, the overall aesthetic quickly reminded fans of the group’s previously rumored trip to Copenhagen.
As a result, many fans have begun to speculate that the photos might actually be behind-the-scenes cuts from a comeback production.
Discussion over NewJeans’ future activities has remained intense since the group’s highly publicized legal dispute with ADOR. The members had previously notified the agency of their intent to terminate their exclusive contracts in November 2024. However, ADOR later won a lawsuit confirming the contracts’ validity, leading to ongoing negotiations and uncertainty over the group’s formation and future direction.
According to the report, Haerin, Hyein and Hanni have resumed preparations with ADOR, while Danielle’s contract situation remains unresolved. Meanwhile, Minji’s status has yet to be officially clarified.
ADOR approached the speculation cautiously, saying that the Copenhagen trip involving Haerin, Hyein and Hanni was “part of a pre-production process aimed at building NewJeans’ new musical narrative.”
