On April 29th, a new video titled Final couple Campus.ver RealFinal | UI | Yoo on the radio S3 EP.02 has been uploaded to the YouTube channel Yoo on the radio. The episode featured IU and Byeon Woo-seok, who currently star in the MBC drama Perfect crown.
Throughout the episode, Yoo In-na, IU, and Byeon Woo-seok played a balancing game of which type of partner would be hardest to date. The two choices were a “blank-minded partner” who follows without energy every time he is asked to go somewhere and a “human alarm clock partner” who plans every date minute by minute.
IU chose the “human alarm clock partner”. He explained, “If I dated a blank-minded partner, I think it would drain the person setting up the date. I’m good at fitting in with others. Someone like a human alarm would seem nice to me.” However, Yoo In-na immediately reacted firmly, saying: “Don’t be ridiculous.” She then revealed that IU’s habit of fitting in with others can go too far.
Yoo In-na said, “IU follows everything anyone wants to do, but it’s at a dangerous level.” He added, “Even when the UI is completely exhausted, it gives no signal and continues to match the other person until he collapses and goes to the hospital.”
Her honest comment made others laugh, but it also showed her concern as a longtime close friend of IU. Yoo In-na recommended IU, “Choose the partner with an empty mind instead. Don’t end up lying sick.” After hearing her friend’s words, IU admitted, “Now that I hear it, maybe the blank-minded partner is right.”
Meanwhile, IU has been publicly dating actor Lee Jong-suk since 2022. The couple continued their relationship for 4 years.
