Girl’s Day reunites as a full group, wowing fans with rare updates and new photos

All four members of K-pop group Girl’s Day, Sojin, Yura, Minah and Hyeri, reunited for drinks and dinner on March 24, 2026, with member Bang Minah sharing photos from the outing on her personal Instagram account.

Minah posted several group photos showing the four members together in casual outfits, along with a photo of her drink. In her caption, she wrote, “To the grateful Girl’s Day, Girl’s Day every day (Woooooo yes!!!).” The photos showed the members sitting side by side and posing playfully, giving fans a glimpse into their close friendship.

The entire group’s update was especially significant because Girl’s Day has been on an indefinite hiatus since 2017, when they released their last EP, “Everyday #5.” In 2019, all four members chose not to renew their contracts with Dream T Entertainment, but made it clear that the group had not disbanded, according to Allkpop.

Girl’s Day debuted in July 2010 under Dream T Entertainment. While the original lineup had five members, the group settled into its well-known four-member lineup after the first changes. They became known for hits such as “Expectation”, “Darling”, “Something” and “I’ll Be Yours”.

Even without official promotions, the members remained close. In July 2025, all four appeared on Hyeri’s YouTube show, “Hyell’s Club”, to celebrate their fifteenth debut anniversary. Sojin, Yura and Hyeri also attended Minah’s wedding in Bali, Indonesia in November 2025, where she married actor On Ju-wan in an intimate ceremony.

After the break, each member built their own path. Hyeri has become one of South Korea’s most popular actresses, known for “Reply 1988” and the 2025 series “Friendly Rivalry.” Soompi reported.

She is set to star in the upcoming drama film “Dreaming to You” in 2026. Minah has also devoted herself to acting, appearing in the drama film “Delivery Man”. Yura continued to work in acting and entertainment, while Sojin explored solo music and creative projects.

Photos of the reunion sparked a warm response from Girl’s Day fans, known as DAI5Y. Fans expressed happiness at seeing the group together and shared hopes for future activities, although no official plans have been announced. This meeting reminds fans that Girl’s Day’s bond remains strong years after their last release. As Minah said, it’s truly “girls’ day every day,” as planned Chosun.
