According to Jade Rasif’s posts on TikTok and Threads, the incident occurred on the night of March 18 at Marquee Singapore. She was standing at a friend’s table near the DJ booth, while a group behind her was celebrating. Throughout the night, one man in the group repeatedly attempted to pull her arm and invite her to join them, but she refused.
At one point, Jade noticed a commotion behind her as someone attempted to climb onto the elevated platform where she was standing. He warned a woman trying to get in to stop, citing safety concerns.
Shortly after, while concentrating on a Central Cee performance, Jade said she felt someone touching her inappropriately. Over the course of 3 to 5 minutes, he said one individual deliberately touched sensitive areas of his body. He described the experience as “extremely humiliating and disrespectful.”
The situation escalated further when a drink was thrown at her, leaving her back soaked in alcohol. Jade began recording the chaotic scene on her phone. In the footage, two women from the group behind her were seen making rude gestures in her direction.
Fearing further confrontation, Jade quickly left the venue. “I was afraid of being pushed or trapped in something worse, so I left as quickly as possible,” he then explained.
The following day, he filed a police report and shared his story online along with images from the video, hoping to gather more information. She revealed that a woman who appeared in the footage subsequently contacted her, denying any involvement in the alleged assault or drink-throwing incident, and asked for the posts to be removed.
Jade also said she had received messages on Instagram from people believed to be connected to the woman, including threats of legal action and accusations that she had used the incident to gain attention.
In response to questions from the media, Jade said there had been no direct communication between her and the parties involved and she chose not to respond to messages.

She added that discussions about the incident had spread to online expat communities, which further distressed her. “An apology could have solved many things, but instead I received denials and legal threats” he said.
Jade stressed that she would allow the matter to proceed through legal channels in this way “the truth can be clarified”. The case is currently under investigation and she declined to provide further details while acknowledging the quick response of both the police and Marquee’s security team.
Later, he removed related Instagram Stories and clarified on Threads that his posts were for the sole purpose of sharing information, urging followers not to speculate or target any individual.
