Several YouTube channels of artists, including The SHIN‘S TaeminThey disappeared after being hacked.
On September 4, many fans of SHINee’s Taemin noticed that the idol’s YouTube channel had posted a new video. While this wasn’t unexpected, the content of the video — X CEO Elon Musk participate in a debate between the candidates for president of the United States Kamila Harris AND Donald Trump — is what set off alarm bells among fans.
Not long after, fans noticed that not only had Taemin’s account been compromised, but that the accounts of many The big planet created entertainment artists now featured similar videos, along with a Tesla profile photo. This unexpected change came shortly after Musk’s public display of support for Trump’s reelection, though it is believed to have been made by unofficial supporters rather than the two figures.

After hours of fans trying to alert the company to what was happening, BPM Entertainment has finally released a statement regarding the hack.

This is Big Planet Made.We are aware that the official Big Planet Made Artist YouTube channel was hacked early this morning (5) and we are working with YouTube to find a resolution to the issue.
We ask for your understanding for any inconvenience this may cause while using the artist’s channel and to quickly restore all content…

In an attempt to find a solution, it appears that YouTube or hackers have deleted all accounts involved in the hack.
So far, artists affected by this hack include Taemin, VIVIZAND BADalong with the official BPM account.
