According to Real Estate on March 4, Hyeri recently listed its building in Samseong-dong, Seoul, for KRW 14.5 billion (about 10 million dollars).
The property is spread over two underground levels up to six floors above ground. In August 2022, Hyeri purchased an old multi-family house on the site under the family company, M4, for KRW 7.75 billion. He later demolished the old structure and rebuilt it in its current form.
Including additional transaction costs of KRW 450 million and approximately KRW 2.5 billion in construction coststhe total investment is estimated at approximately KRW 10.7 billion.
If the building is sold at the asking price, Hyeri is expected to secure an estimated profit of around KRW 4 billion in just four years. A real estate official noted that the building is within walking distance of Seonjeongneung Station, a hub for the Seoul Subway Line 9 and the Suin-Bundang Line, as well as the Gangnam-gu Office Station on Line 7. The area is often referred to as the “triple station area,” significantly increasing the value of the property.
Currently, Hyeri owns two buildings in Seoul, one in Samseong-dong and another in Yeoksam-dong. Of the two, the Samseong-dong property is now for sale. Known for her successful transition from idol group member to respected actress, Hyeri continues to demonstrate shrewd investment moves alongside her career in entertainment.
