After serving faithfully for a year and eight months, Wonho he was discharged.
Wonho enlisted in the mandatory military service as a civil servant on December 5, 2022. Now, on September 4, he has been officially discharged. Wonho is not only celebrating his discharge. Today also marks the 4th anniversary of his solo debut. Wonho made his solo debut on September 4, 2020, with Part 1 of his first mini album, Love Synonym #1: Right for me.

His company, Highline Entertainmentreleased a statement on his behalf, expressing his thoughts on his dismissal. He is excited to return and resume his idol activities.
Wonho shared his thoughts through his agency, Highline Entertainment, saying, “The period in which I was unable to meet WENEE (Wonho’s official fan club) was particularly long. Even though I worked hard every day, I never forgot about WENEE.”
He added, “I will work hard to create precious memories as much as WENEE has expected me to and I will repay you with a better version of myself. I have missed you so much, thank you for being by my side and let’s create amazing days together,” expressing his excitement for his future endeavors.

Wonho wasted no time in quickly meeting fans. He then held a special 47-minute live broadcast on YouTube to celebrate his fourth anniversary of solo debut with WENEEs.
Wonho later shared some photos of himself via X (formerly Twitter). He looked better than ever!

A highlight of the live broadcast was when Wonho teased WENEE about his plans. He seems ready to resume his idol activities as soon as possible, as he asked viewers if they were available next Saturday. What could he have up his sleeve?
