Jake, whose real name is Jake Sienna, co-produced the opening narrative track “The Beginning (The Beginning of the Incident)” and the closing song “Sleep Tight” by Sin: vanishENHYPEN’s seventh mini-album, released on January 16, 2026.

The album continues the group’s vampiric-themed story, following the members as they flee from hunters and explore complex emotions related to love, fear and freedom.

Jake began working on material for the album following the group’s previous promotion, and later developed both tracks with the guidance of senior producers, including Ca$hcow, who noted Jake’s focus on clear, minimal sounds and an emotional presence in the studio, according to the Hollywood reporter.

“The Beginning” sets the tone for the album with a driven hip-hop feel and spoken-word style, helping frame the story as if listeners were watching a news broadcast about the group’s escape.

Jake drew partial inspiration from the film Interview with the vampiresampling short clips in the early demos, although these were removed in the final version so that the music could stand on its own.

Meanwhile, “Sleep Tight” is Jake’s first fully composed song for ENHYPEN, written about the mix of happiness and anxiety after a long and tense escape, with bandmate Heeseung contributing lyrics that match the mood of relief and lingering worry.

In interviews, Jake has also spoken more openly about the unseen realities of life as a K‑pop idol, describing long periods of training, rigid schedules and the pressure to maintain a perfect image. chosun reported.
