Running Man’s Ji Ye Eun cast with body scan result: “Muscle mass like a 21kg elementary school student”

On the February 8 broadcast, guests Hong Jin Ho and Mimi joined the Running Man members for a special “Game of Two” competition. During a lunch mission, Ji Ye Eun teamed up with Kim Jong Kook and enjoyed a relaxed meal after choosing the pork cutlet. While eating, Ji Ye Eun shared that although she didn’t particularly like pork cutlet in the past, she recently started craving it and revealed that she had just undergone an InBody body composition test.

She recalled her Pilates instructor’s reaction, saying, “My Pilates teacher doesn’t know who I am at all. But after seeing my InBody results, he said, ‘This is the first time I’ve seen results like this.'” Ji Ye Eun went on to explain that the instructor was shocked at how extreme the contrast between body fat and muscle mass was.

According to Ji Ye Eun, the instructor joked that her muscle mass was comparable to that of a 21-kilogram elementary school student and also expressed concern, saying that with such low muscle mass, she might get out of breath just by walking. The exaggerated comparison made everyone on set laugh.

Ji Ye Eun added that she is currently exercising to bring her body back from a “negative” state to zero. She also shared a funny but slightly bittersweet anecdote, saying that her instructor genuinely doesn’t recognize her, even after she introduced herself and said she appears on television. She jokingly added that she was once asked to leave a review of Naver in exchange for socks, and she actually did, further amusing the cast.

Her honest and self-deprecating remarks once again highlighted Ji Ye Eun’s relatable charm, turning a simple health confession into one of the episode’s most memorable moments.
