On February 6, a video titled “Spicy Balance Game?! Dad Hee Jun on the Loose?!” was uploaded to the YouTube channel “Jam2 House”. In the episode, Moon Hee Jun appeared alongside his wife Soyul, a former member of Crayon Pop, as the couple took part in a playful “married couple’s version” of a balancing game.
To kick things off with a fun hypothetical question, Moon Hee Jun asked if it would be okay to peel sesame leaves for a junior girl group member during a broadcast. Soyul immediately became irritated, saying it was “not good at all”, before reluctantly adding that she might have accepted it if it were solely for filming. Their banter sets the tone for an episode full of honest and hilarious marital confessions.

Although they often speak to each other in their daily lives, the couple revealed that most of their conversations revolve around parenting. When Soyul said that she would prefer a husband who comes home at exactly 10pm even with no contact than one who returns at 4am, Moon Hee Jun reacted, joking that she treats him differently. She explained that even during serious meetings she calls him constantly and if he doesn’t answer her daughter ends up video calling him instead of causing laughter.
The couple showed rare unity when faced with the question about former lovers. When asked to choose between a spouse who stays in touch with an ex or one who treasures photos and gifts from an ex-partner, both reacted strongly. Soyul called staying in touch with an ex “the worst,” while Moon Hee Jun agreed, saying she couldn’t understand keeping such memories.

When their daughter became curious after hearing the term “ex,” Moon Hee Jun jokingly revealed that she vowed not to date until she won a major award twice and only after getting approval from her agency’s CEO, prompting amused reactions.
The conversation turned more sentimental when Moon Hee Jun was asked if he would marry his current wife again if he were born again. Without hesitation, he said yes, explaining that only by marrying Soyul could he meet their children again. However, he honestly added that he would have liked to get married sooner. Now in his 40s, he admitted that his stamina isn’t what it once was, saying that if they had had their child first, he might have had the energy to seriously convince Soyul to have a third child.

He concluded the segment with tongue-in-cheek advice to other husbands, saying, “Since we won’t be reborn anyway, just reply that you will marry your wife again.”
Moon Hee Jun married Soyul in February 2017, becoming South Korea’s first “idol couple”. Despite their 13-year age gap, the couple has built a happy family and are now parents to a daughter and a son, continuing to charm fans with their candid and affectionate family life.
