On February 4, Choi Jun-hee modeled for designer brand FENOMENON CYPHER at the Seoul F/W 2026 Fashion Week, held at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul. With long, gently waving hair, a composed expression, and a sober, confident walk, she exuded a calm presence that immediately evoked memories of Choi Jin-sil.
Her outfit for the show featured a white cropped jacket paired with slim-fit trousers highlighted by a patchwork pattern, finished with black combat boots. Instead of relying on exaggerated gestures, Choi Jun-hee maintained constant eye contact straight ahead, heightening the tension on the runway and naturally sparking conversations about her resemblance to her mother.

At 22 years old, Choi Jun-hee is known to be 170cm tall and weighs around 41kg. She had previously spoken openly about her battle with lupus, during which time her weight rose to 96kg. Through treatment, diet management and consistent exercise, he has since regained his health. On this runway, however, it wasn’t her physical stats that stood out the most, but the familiar facial lines and vibe that were strongly reminiscent of her mother.

Currently active as an influencer and online content creator, Choi Jun-hee continues to expand her presence across digital platforms. Her appearance at Seoul Fashion Week was interpreted by some as a symbolic step beyond being known simply as “someone’s daughter”, showing her ability to stand alone in the public eye.
Choi Jin-sil, who debuted as a KBS talent in 1986, was one of Korea’s most beloved actresses, starring in iconic dramas such as Jealousy, Star in my heartAND Life is beautiful. She died in 2008 and this year marks the 18th anniversary of her death.
