On January 28th, BDNS posted a video titled “Please take your lovers’ arguments out of the classroom.” The clip is set in a private academy, where Kim Seon-ho and Go Yoon-jung appear as teachers who are secretly dating each other, immediately drawing viewers into their playful yet painfully realistic couple dynamic.
As class ends, Kim Seon-ho lingers in the classroom, slowly wiping the blackboard while hovering around Moon Sang-hoon, who comes in for the next class. Awkward tension builds before Kim Seon-ho suddenly confesses that he needs relationship advice, complaining that communication with Go Yoon-jung is impossible and complaining about being stuck in a so-called “unbalanced power relationship”.
The situation gets worse when Go Yoon-jung walks in and hears everything. What follows is a quick exchange that mirrors real-life couples’ arguments. When Kim Seon-ho asks him what he should say, Go Yoon-jung replies: “What do you think you should say? My heart really hurts.” Kim insists that the problems should be discussed, while Go Yoon-jung responds in frustration, asking how many times she needs to repeat herself.
The discussion takes an even funnier turn when Kim Seon-ho declares that he will no longer speak directly to Go Yoon-jung and will instead only communicate through Moon Sang-hoon. Go Yoon-jung plays along, asking Moon Sang-hoon to ask her why Kim couldn’t contact her during a company dinner. Kim defends himself by explaining that the academy director stayed for the second round, while Go asks for better updates every time they change places. Kim then protests that his phone’s battery was dead, adding fuel to the comedy fire.
Caught squarely in the middle, Moon Sang-hoon struggles to mediate with an increasingly frozen expression, amplifying the humor of the skit. Viewers reacted enthusiastically, flooding the comments with praise such as: “If they don’t date, they have five more romantic comedies to film,” “They are unrealistically beautiful and beautiful,” AND “It feels like a real romantic comedy.” Many also applauded Go Yoon-jung’s ability to keep a straight face and Kim Seon-ho’s effortless comic timing.
The skit not only brought laughs, but also rekindled fans’ hopes of seeing Kim Seon-ho and Go Yoon-jung reunite in a full-fledged romantic comedy project.
