On the morning of January 23, Mydaily reported that actor Kim Eui Sung, known for his role in Taxi driver– recently sat down for an interview with Korean media, where he spoke openly about Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin’s marriage. Kim Eui Sung was one of the guests who attended the entire ceremony, held in December last year, and his enthusiastic praise quickly caught the public’s attention.
During the interview, Kim Eui Sung did not hold back his admiration, describing the event as “the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen in my life.” He went on to share vivid details of the day, saying: “I also told Kim Woo Bin that he was born on his wedding day. He looked incredibly beautiful, absolutely perfect. Shin Min Ah was breathtakingly beautiful and the whole place seemed magical. Of course, they may have spent a lot of money on the wedding, but there are things that money simply can’t buy. The fact that Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin personally wrote their wedding vows moved me deeply.”
He also praised Kim Woo Bin’s character, calling him an exceptionally kind and respectful person. “Kim Woo Bin is educated to an almost excessive level,” he said. “He invited so many friends and people from his hometown – there were even more non-celebrities than people from the entertainment industry. At one point, I honestly wondered if I deserved to be sitting there. I felt genuinely honored to be part of such a moment.”
Previously, director Yook Sang Hyo, another guest at the ceremony, also revealed emotional moments from the wedding. According to him, Shin Min Ah was overcome with emotion and cried throughout much of the ceremony, while Kim Woo Bin showed the opposite energy, full of joy and excitement. As they entered the hallway, Shin Min Ah continued to shed tears, while Kim Woo Bin celebrated like a soccer player who had just scored a goal, pointing to the sky and lightly pounding his chest. Despite their contrasting expressions, both reactions clearly reflected the immense happiness they felt on their special day.
As the couple made their way around to greet the guests, Shin Min Ah reportedly couldn’t hold back her tears and sweetly told them, “We will live happily.” Director Yook then shared that this moment made him realize that despite her superstar status, Shin Min Ah was just like any other bride—dreaming of a joyful life with the man she loves.
The wedding, held on December 20, 2025, brought together a stunning array of A-list celebrities, making it almost feel like an awards ceremony.
