BLACKPINK’s Rosé and global pop star Bruno Mars have hinted that they may release another collaborative track, following the huge success of their hit song “APT.” The revelation came during a new Billboard report published on March 11 (local time), titled “Rosé and Bruno Mars reveal the story behind one of 2025’s biggest hits, ‘APT.’”
During the interview, Mars was asked if additional songs were created that were not part of the album’s final tracklist. He confirmed that such a song exists. “Oh, yeah, there is. And we love that song we worked on, I won’t say the title… We’re just trying to figure out when, or how.”
Rosé admitted that she initially felt nervous when the track was first made. “When we made this song, I was honestly a little scared,” he revealed. “But I realized once again how meaningful music can be to people. I’m still taking it all in and I’m still learning from it every day.”
The two artists met for the first time in a Los Angeles studio last year. Rosé recalled the meeting: “I felt like this would be my last chance, so I tried to learn as much as I could.”
Mars added that Rosé “He was constantly on the move, trying to absorb information.”
Rosé credited Mars with greatly shaping her musical direction throughout the entire album. “Aside from ‘APT.’, Bruno was very inspiring throughout the album. He helped me with many small problems that I struggled to solve on my own.” he said.

Mars also expanded their collaboration by joining as a co-composer on Rosé’s solo album track “Girl number one.”
The song “APT.” earned a total of three nominations at the upcoming Grammy Awards, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year, cementing its global hit status.
Mars expressed his thoughts on the recognition: “The awards are unpredictable, but honestly I already feel like it’s success enough. What matters more than the results is that the music we made together is loved. Whether we win or not is already a victory.”
With both artists confirming the existence of a further collaborative track, fans eagerly await to see when and in what form the unreleased song will finally be revealed. As Rosé and Bruno Mars continue to share each other’s artistic influence, expectations for their next project remain exceptionally high.
