T-ara’s Ham Eun-jung reveals why director Kim Byung-woo won her heart

In a video just released on November 16 titled “We Got Married (Separately) feat. Eunjung and Lee Jang-woo” posted on her YouTube channel, Ham Eun-jung reunited with actor Lee Jang-woo, her virtual ex-husband on a past variety show. The two reminisced, exchanged wedding congratulations, and discussed the hectic realities of planning a wedding.

“I feel like I’m just running for the ceremony,” Eun-jung admitted. “The real wedding begins after the wedding day. That’s why I told him to choose the rings on the spot only when needed. We chose them the day the news came out, to avoid rumors starting while we were browsing together.”

When Lee Jang-woo asked her if she had ever liked luxury bags like Chanel or Hermès, she laughed and said: “Not anymore. Now I really love them!” But he insisted, teasing him, “Let’s be honest: you’re not really that guy, are you?” To which she answered honestly: “I could live without them.”

Lee Jang-woo chimed in, “Exactly. You don’t need them, and I think your husband saw that in you.”

Eun-jung reflected on their shared values: “We spend money when we need it, but this mentality seems right to me. As I planned the wedding, I realized even more how well we get along. When I suggested buying a bag for her mother, she said, ‘Why would a bag cost so much?'”

The couple’s down-to-earth compatibility has warmed the hearts of fans, especially in the flashy celebrity wedding culture.

Ham Eun-jung and Kim Byung-woo will get married on November 30. Kim is known for directing hit films such as The Terror live (2013) e Take point (2018).
