NEWBEAT teases polar concepts for upcoming mini album “LOUDER THAN EVER”

Newcomer group NEWBEAT have revealed two teaser concepts for their first mini album STRONGER THAN EVERwhich features a contrasting aesthetic ahead of its November 6 release.

On November 3, the group shared teaser content and concept images that showcased two opposing visual directions. The “Connecting Signal” teaser video features all members displaying warm smiles and youthful energy, with leader Park Minseok offering a gift box that conveys a sense of innocence and heart.

The release introduces White (Kitten by Sunlight) and Black (Demon by Midnight) concept versions, each offering a distinct visual identity. In the White version, the members show off a fresh and natural style with white tops and denim pants, presenting relaxed poses that emphasize their mature yet boyish charm and a sense of freedom. The black version takes the opposite direction with sleek, cut-out and detailed black leather suits that showcase intense charisma and a confident, sexy aura.

STRONGER THAN EVER marks a significant step in NEWBEAT’s global expansion, as the entire album was made entirely in English. The group collaborated with major international producers for the project, including Neil Ormandy, who has worked with aespa and several Billboard Top 10 artists, and Candace Sosa, a songwriter known for her involvement with BTS albums.

The mini album will do that characteristic double-titled tracks: “Look So Good” and “LOUD”. “Look So Good” reinterprets the retro vibes of early 2000s R&B pop with contemporary production, while “LOUD” fuses bass house foundations with rock-infused hyperpop energy. The full tracklist includes “Natural” and “Unbelievable” as additional songs.

Ahead of the album’s official release, NEWBEAT will showcase one of their dual-titled tracks through pre-release performances on SBS funE’s “The Show” on November 4 and on MBC M and MBC Every1’s “Show Champion” on November 5.

The album becomes available on greater online music platforms on November 6 at 12pm KST. This return comes approximately eight months after the group released their debut album RAW AND ROOT in March, during which they expanded their global presence through performances at major festivals and the founding of their official NEURO fan club.
