During the show, Kim shared, “I worked alone for 10 years.” To the question because, he explained, “When I was younger, I had a coach who helped me. Once people discovered that he trained me, he became famous. I worried that if I had worked with another coach, my influence could interfere with their career.”
He added, “In my mind, the period was always 10 years old. I had not promised the owner of the gym, but I thought I would have to let him work freely for at least so long. This year he marks the tenth year, so I finally feel as if I could try to train again. That person helped me when I had no money, so I will always be grateful.”

Kim also revealed his love for exercise during filming on the spot: “When I travel for the shoots, I like to buy a daily pass in local gyms and work out there.”
