Yet, despite the fan outrage, FNC has continued to unleash fan fury over its treatment of SF9. Zuho.
In 2023, it was announced that Zuho would no longer be signing with FNC Entertainment for his solo programs, but the company reassured fans that this would not affect his role in the group. However, netizens were quick to express that this was far from the case.
It initially started with FNC removing Zuho’s facial recognition, preventing him from entering the building, and also blocking him from accessing the group’s YouTube channel, the only way members could livestream to fans.

Internet users noticed that he was no longer mentioned in content and that his birthday was not celebrated.
For many, one of the biggest problems came with the recent comeback track “Don’t Worry, Be Happy.” It was announced that only five members would be participating and while Imagine AND My name is Jaeyoon.The omission of due to military conscription was predictable, the lack of information about Zuho’s absence was infuriating for fans. In particular, Zuho’s Instagram post after the announcement seemingly showed his frustration.
However, Zuho has shown his love for SF9 by continuing to support the comeback, both by reacting to the teaser and sharing it on his personal account.

Recently, it was announced that SF9 would be holding a special event to celebrate their 8th anniversary, but it was revealed that only 6 members would be attending. While Dawon would not be able to do so due to his recent enlistment, Zuho’s omission angered netizens.

To make matters worse, after the announcement Zuho revealed that he had not been contacted by the company and apparently did not know he would not be involved.
