Sunny by Girls’ Generation opens after leaving SM, embracing the manufacturer’s role

On August 21, the Life Insurance Social Responsibility Foundation (President Lee Jang-Woo) presented an interview with Sunny on its mental growth platform Playlife. This marks his first public declaration since he concluded his exclusive contract with MS Entertainment and moved to A2o Entertainment, the company founded by his uncle Lee Soo-Man.

Now preparing for his next chapter as a producer, Sunny stressed the importance of love for themselves. “As an artist, it is easy to lose confidence under public evaluation, but you have to know how to love yourself to be really loved”, he said. “What matters most is to learn to take care of yourself and help you build confidence.”

Sunny revealed that she had studied psychology to better understand how to love herself. By drawing from this trip, he shared a message to young artists and young people: “Everyone grows at their own rhythm. The most important thing is to have love for yourself. The true growth of the heart is complete when you can also embrace the people around you.”

He also reflected on his 18th anniversary of his debut. “In the past, I wanted to be someone beautiful and impressive, but now I am practicing to accept myself as I am. By realizing that I cannot satisfy everyone has made my heart much stronger”, He confessed.
