According to the coverage, one of the affiliated companies of Li Yapeng was forcibly seized for a debt for a total of 1.02 million yuan (about $ 142,000 USD). An outlet journalist contacted Lijiang Xueshan Investment Co., Ltd, in which he holds them actions and received a highly response: “This is an internal question. The company actively operates. Many real estate developers are facing similar situations.”
Not the first time in legal hot water
