On July 2, the YouTube channel Iel’s Club Episode 54 released entitled “The girls we loved then … it’s already our 15th anniversary”. The video presented the complete range of Girls’ Day Sojin, Yura, Bang Min Ah and Hyeri meet to celebrate their 15th debut anniversary.
Hyeri expressed his excitement, saying, “Fans were already buzzing the day before filming. I think so many were waiting for him.” The members echoed to similar feelings, remembering their last group performance in 2018. “We didn’t realize that it was our last stage together”, Bang Min Ah and Yura said, while Sojin and Hyeri admitted that they had perceived that it could be the end then.
The most felt moment came when the members shared their sincere thoughts with each other. Yura, in particular, said, “We filled the gaps of others as well as a team. Even if we don’t see each other often, I hope we are always close … we are together even after we have children.”
Fans immediately connected Yura’s words to Bang Min Ah, who announced his wedding on Joo-Wan on the same day. Comments paid like, “He must have known and was turning directly to Bang Min Ah”, AND “Their friendship is so real that she brings me to tears.”
The members also shared sweet and fun memories. Bang Min joked about being mistaken for the youngest despite being older than Hyeri, even remembering a time in tears who remembered his seniority in tears in Hyeri.
