In the wake of the growing examination that surrounds Hybe, a former Music Director of Bighit took a step forward with a powerful and emotional report of his time in company, staging his fingers on corporate greed, expressing a convinced support for BTS.
On June 7 (KST), Elly Chae Eun, former communications director of BighitDone news after a viral pole emerged containing its candid reflections published on threads. In the post, Chae Eun revealed that he was actually forced to leave the company in 2017 and criticized the culture of toxic work that required extreme sacrifices from employees.
“I always slept with my phone by my side”, He wrote, describing the exhausting hours of work and the emotional toll that he endured. “I lost 7 kg and I even experienced hair loss. I dedicated myself to the company, taking care of his male idols instead of my children.”
