According to an exclusive report by Kyunghyang on April 14, the Garo Sero Institute It will face a reinvestigation following an appeal filed by YouTuber Tzuyang against a previous non -indexing decision by the police. The accusation accepted the appeal and ordered a new investigation.
The appeal, together with the support materials, reveals it Garo Sero’s CEO Kim SE-EU published a recording during a live streaming without the consent of the parties involved. Registration has captured a discussion among others YouTuber, including Gu Ja-Yeok and the so-called “manufacturing detective”, on how to obtain personal information on Tzuyang and use it to request money. Kim Se-EU has continued to convey videos that reveal Tzuyang’s past and private life.
In July last year, Tzuyang presented accusations against Kim Se-EU for blackmail, coercion and violations of the law on the network of information and communications. He later revealed in a live streaming that he was a victim of violence from appointments, including four years of physical abuses, by his ex -boyfriend and former agency CEO, known as “A.” He also claimed to have been forced to work in a bar under his pressure, contrasting Garo Sero’s statements as false.
However, in February, Gangnam Police Station in Soul decided not to forward the case. The police mentioned that Tzuyang had withdrawn some of his complaints and that there were no enough evidence to demonstrate criminal accusations for stalking or coercion.
On March 14, the prosecutor’s office in the central district of Soul asked the police to conduct an additional investigation on all five accusations: blackmail, coercion, stalking and violations of both the law on punishment and the law on the network of information and communications.
Tzuyang’s team has also said that secondary damage continues to occur. “The videos and posts uploaded by Gaseyeon last year are still on top of their YouTube channel. Tzuyang feels immense anxiety and fear knowing that a criminal proceeding in which it is the victim and details of his private life continue to be discussed and transmitted publicly”. His part shared.
A police officer replied, “An additional investigation is currently underway. It is difficult to spread further details on the investigation.”
Tzuyang should appear at the police station on April 16 for further questions following the directive of the accusation for reinvestment.
