Following hatred, a great Jennie account on X reported a clip of a past interview that Jennie made for the exit of the album and her comments on “Like Jenni”.
In the interview, he explained that the song did not necessarily intend to be like her.
Jennie explained that her name could be easily replaced in “Like Jennie” to be the person’s name, adding, “I want this to be an increase in trust for people.”
He wanted the fans to have fun, explaining, “This is the message there. Love yourself and, you know, have fun in life.”
