The aunt claimed that the main reason for Kim Sae Ron’s extreme action was the former journalist and YouTuber Lee Jin Ho, who had attacked and derived it with speculation without foundation on social media. Her harmful videos fueled an online hatred campaign against the actress, further cleaning her mental health.
According to his family, Kim Sae Ron had suffered from serious depression since 2021, after the end of his six -year relationship with Kim Soo Hyun.
