On the morning of March 7, the 50th Civil Division of the central district court of Soul conducted an audition to face the Adr petition for an injunction to maintain its management rights on the members of Newjeans Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein, as well as to prevent them from entering into independent advertising agreements.

Are you saying that everyone has ignored you? And even asked if Hanni’s manager had advised her not to recognize Illit’s greeting, to which Hanni replied: “I don’t know”. Ador claimed that Min Hee-Jin had built a misleading narrative, underlining that Hanni herself did not consider the accident as a significant question.

Ador is fighting to maintain his management rights on Newjeans, presenting an injunction on December 3, 2023, to block the group to end the contract in advance or sign independent advertising agreements. This follows on November 28, 2023 of Newjeans, the announcement of the termination of the contract with Ador, rebranding such as NJZ and planning of new musical versions. Ador says that the contract is valid until 31 July 2029 and has adopted legal measures to apply it.
