It has been reported that ex NCT member Taeil Avoid arrest. Previously he had been accused of having sexually attacked a foreigner together with acquaintances. It was recently revealed on March 4, 2025 that a previous arrest warrant had been requested for Toeil but which had been denied. As such, it was incriminated without detention for the above accusations.
According to legal sources, the division of investigation into the crime of women and crime for the publics of the prosecutors of the central district of Soul offended the moon and two accomplices on February 28, 2025, on charges of special almost rape pursuant to the law on the punishment of sexual crimes. They were accused of sexually attacked a drunk woman in June 2024.

Previous reports suggested that weapons were involved in crime, since the police had applied accusations of quasi-propper special, who applies when a weapon is used or when two or more people commit sexual aggressions against a victim in a state of unconsciousness or inability to resist. Later it was confirmed that no weapons were involved.
After receiving the victim’s report in June last year, Bangbae Police Station in Soul requested the arrest mandates for the three suspicions. However, the Court rejected the request, citing the admission of the suspicions of the crime and the low need for detention. The police then summoned Taeil to be questioned two months later, in August 2024, before submitting the case to the accusation in September.
The suspicions denied pre -pre -preying the crime. Unlike his accomplices, who participated in the accusation investigations, Taeil did not respond to the convocations, citing health problems. It has been reported that he presented a medical certificate and a legal opinion from his lawyer.
