Do Kyung-soo “EXO is still strong, we will prepare for the full group”

In an interview given on the morning of January 22 in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Do Kyung-soo, who plays the genius pianist Yoo Jun, meets his fateful partner Jung Ah (Won Jin-ah) in Korea as an exchange student, in the romantic fantasy film “Secret: Untold Melody” (directed by Seo Yoo-min, produced by Hive Media Corp.), mentioned the recent 30th anniversary concert of SM.

The “SMTOWN LIVE 2025” concert, celebrating SM Entertainment’s 30th anniversary, was held on January 11 and 12, attracting considerable attention. The concert featured not only SM artists but also former SM stars, however EXO, one of SM’s iconic idol groups, was only represented by Suho and Chanyeol, leaving fans disappointed.

Notably, Suho and Chanyeol were seen crying while thinking about the EXO members during the concert. In this regard, Do Kyung-soo confidently said: “EXO is still strong.” He continued: “I think we will definitely be able to see the whole group again. I want to tell fans not to worry. We will start preparing for the full group now. You’ll be able to see the full group soon. It might be a little difficult this year, but I think we will reunite in the near future. Since each of us has many personal commitments, we need to coordinate our plans. But we are constantly preparing.”

“Secret: Untold Melody,” a remake of the Taiwanese film of the same name, tells the story of a magical and miraculous moment between two individuals who accidentally meet in a campus rehearsal room where the secret of time is hidden. The film stars Do Kyung-soo, Won Jin-ah, Shin Ye-eun and is directed by Seo Yoo-min, known for “Recall”. The release is scheduled for January 27th.
