Jeonghan from SEVENTEEN is set to delight fans with a new single! The next release will be a collaboration with the Japanese group Omoinotake.
SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan will release new single “Better Half” featuring Omoinotake
ON January 17th, PLEDIS Entertainment surprised fans by announcing an exciting collaboration between Jeonghan and the popular Japanese band Omoinotake.
The song, titled “The better half” will be released on January 27 at 6pm KST. In a unique twist, two versions of the song will be available: the Korean version, featuring Omoinotake, will be released by Jeonghan, while the Japanese version, featuring Jeonghan, will be released two days later as part of Omoinotake’s second album, “Pieces.” This cross-cultural collaboration makes fans of both sides look forward to the heartfelt synergy between Jeonghan’s soothing voice and Omoinotake’s distinct sound.
Despite taking a step back from some group activities due to his military enlistment, health, and scheduling adjustments, Jeonghan has remained a cherished presence within SEVENTEEN. Although he did not actively promote the group’s twelfth mini-album nor participate in the current one SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] TOUR OF THE WORLDfans were excited to see him appear in special events. These included a fan-sign event and SEVENTEEN’s headlining performance at Lollapalooza Berlin ON 7-8 September.
Additionally, Jeonghan and his co-star Jun were spotted participating in the filming of SEVENTEEN’s latest music video, giving fans glimpses of their involvement despite limited promotions. Although Jun is currently inactive as a member of SEVENTEEN due to the filming schedule in China, he is also expected to abandon his solo commitments.
