On January 16, KST, IVE member Wonyoung appeared as a special guest on Dex’s refrigerator interviewhosted by Single’s Hell star Dex.
During the interview, Dex asked Wonyoung what her vision was for herself in her 30s, to which she responded by saying she would probably have a more authentic life and “live more like myself. “I think I could be happier inside” he added.
Wonyoung then reminisced a bit about 2024, commenting on how hectic it was due to IVE’s world tour.

The idol expressed relief at being able to “let’s welcome 2025 in complete safety”, suggesting how demanding his workload had been.
Later in the video, Wonyoung also shared that despite traveling so much, he almost never suffers from jetlag. He explained that he can fall asleep right away when he is night, regardless of the country in which it is located. “I don’t suffer from insomnia; I sleep so well,” he added. Hearing this, Dex replied: “Maybe because you work too much, your body is always ready to take a break.”
Wonyoung agrees, saying that he sometimes sleeps a lot as a reward for his hard work. He then shared an anecdote about sleeping for 20 hours straight on a bad day.
There was a time when I slept at 10 or 11 pm and didn’t turn on the alarm because the next day was my day off. But when I got up and looked at my phone, it was 8. I thought it was 8 in the morning and I opened the curtains but it was dark. I looked again, it was 8pm.
