Previously, on December 28, voting site TC Candler announced its list for “The 100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2024,” which immediately attracted attention, as the list pitted various beauties against each other from all over the world, regardless of their nationality.
The list, normally occupied by K-pop stars, with MOMOLAND’s Nancy topping in 2023, BLACKPINK’s Lisa crowned No. 1 in 2021, TWICE’s Tzuyu taking the throne in 2018 and former After School Nana winning in 2015, sees a complete new face as number 1 this year, shocking many.
Notably, BLACKPINK’s Jisoo placed second to Filipino Gen Z beauty Andrea Brillantes, while Lisa dropped out of the Top 10 and even lost to BABYMONSTER’s Pharita. BLACKPINK’s Rosé saw her ranking rise significantly, while the opposite happened to Jennie.
