Actor Hey Theo‘s father passed away today, December 18, KST.
The actor’s agency, Beatnik entertainmentconfirmed the news to Newsen on December 18th. According to their statement, Yoo’s father suffered from a chronic illness before his death. The actor and his wife Nikki S. Leehe will leave on December 19 for Germany, where his family lives.
The agency also confirmed that Yoo will not do so participate in MBC Entertainment Awards 2024 because of current circumstances.
Yoo Teo has always been very open about his deep affection for his family and even attended the screening of his film Leto al Berlin International Film Festival with his parents. Talking about this experience during his appearance on MBC‘S Omniscient interference point, Yoo said: “I was born and raised in Germany. So I went to the film festival with my parents (who live in Germany) because I wanted to see the film together with my family.”
Yoo Teo recently appeared on the MBC variety show Accidental musical adventure with popular YouTube creator and entertainer Kian84. The show ended in October.
