FNC Entertainment has been criticized for mismanagement of groups such as SF9. In recent months, the agency’s treatment Zuho particularly sparked anger among fans.
In 2023, it was announced that Zuho would no longer be signed FNC Entertainment for his solo programs. At the time, the company reassured fans that this would have no impact on his role in the group. Yet this was not the case. Initially, FNC Entertainment began removing Zuho’s facial recognition, meaning he couldn’t access the building. They also blocked him from accessing the group’s YouTube channel, which was the only way members could do live broadcasts with fans.

Fans also noticed that Zuho was no longer mentioned in the content and that his birthday was not celebrated. Then, when the comeback, “Don’t Worry, Be Happy”, which included only five members, was announced, fans became alarmed. While Imagine AND JaeyoonZuho’s omission was expected due to military enlistment, the lack of information regarding Zuho’s absence infuriated many. Additionally, Zuho’s Instagram update following the announcement appears to have revealed his frustration.
Once again, when it was announced that SF9 would hold a special event to celebrate their eighth anniversary, only six members would attend, as Zuho was excluded. These are just a couple of examples.

Now, Zuho has held a live broadcast, addressing some recent controversy and criticism regarding SF9.
Zuho explained some of what has happened since then Kingdom: Legendary Warstressing that none of the members are at fault and that the problems are not linked to anyone’s personal decisions. He asked fans not to blame any member, including Rowoonwho has received hate since his departure. Zuho reiterated that SF9 always consists of nine members and hopes for a full group reunion one day.
It’s tiring, right? It must be tiring. I would be exhausted if I were you. You all have your own life to live and yet you support us and still want to protect us. And now there’s a problem within the group. This must be really hard for you. I don’t want to say: “It’s difficult for us too.” But it’s not easy for us either.

He also asked fans, Fantasy, not to argue with each other. Fans praised Zuho for his live broadcast and praised him for standing up for himself and his members.
