Famous Japanese actress and singer Nakayama Miho he died in a harrowing accident. Authorities confirmed that the 50-year-old star drowned while bathing at her home in Shibuya, Tokyo. The incident occurred on December 6, with her body discovered later that morning.
Nakayama was scheduled to perform a Christmas concert in Osaka on the same day. When she didn’t show up for a scheduled meeting around 9 a.m., a concerned colleague went to her home and found her unconscious in the bathtub. Police and their management agency have ruled out foul play, saying there was no evidence of drug abuse or a suicide note at the scene. His agency described it as an “unfortunate accident.”
Autopsy results confirmed that she died due to an accident while taking a bath.

Born in Tokyo, Nakayama began her career at the young age of 14, making her debut in television dramas Every time you call.
