On December 6, a video titled “It’s OK as long as it’s fashionable…” was uploaded to Hyeri’s YouTube channel.
In the video, Hyeri met with hairstylist and YouTuber Kiwoo to get a layered haircut. To the question: “What do you think suits you best?” Hyeri candidly shared, “I think variety shows suit me best. It’s not always just fun, I’m pretty hard on myself. Even if no one weighs me down, I feel heavy. I tend to feel very weighed down.
Hyeri also reflected on her interactions with people while filming. “When I’m shooting something, I feel like I’m just chatting and playing with other people. But when I’m not filming, I can play with real friends, and it’s really fun,” he said. Surprised by his comment, Kiwoo asked, “Then why did you cry during the last episode of ‘Amazing Saturday’?”
Hyeri replied, “I usually cry when I say goodbye. But once I fully express that emotion, I feel relieved and feel like I’m really done. I think it’s important to say goodbye properly.”
He continued, “Because of this work, constant meetings and separations occur. Being together all day and then breaking up, you experience it so frequently that you may become numb to it. But I cry a lot when I break up.
Kiwoo expressed his surprise, “I only saw that part and thought you were being very sentimental. But your response was different than I thought. It’s fascinating.” Hyeri agreed, adding, “I’m sentimental.”
