On December 2, 2024, Send has released a series of complaints about Min Hee Jinare the alleged lies. In a numbered list, the tabloid detailed the denial of the former CEO’s multiple statements, including some damning photos of his meeting with New Jeans and their family members.
1. Min Hee Jin’s past comments on artists
Min Hee Jin’s previous text messages were released by Dispatch. Dispatch did not provide any context to the text messages, but accused Min Hee Jin of making them up on NewJeans.
- “Work hard while repressing disgust? LOL. I feel like I’m working for the good of others. It is wasted in the maintenance of immature children.
- “LOL. What would they know? It gives me a reality check when I see how they only think about dancing while looking in the mirror. Is this what they call working?”
- “Which artists? I have said many times that they are not artists. Don’t bother me by saying that word. Which artists?”
2. Alleged knowledge of NewJeans’ first live broadcast and using members to speak
NewJeans had previously held a shocking live broadcast in which they claimed that “no manager or staff” knew about the broadcast. They also mentioned a strong call for Min Hee Jin’s reinstatement. Dispatch obtained a message from Min Hee Jin to the girls’ family members dated September 11, 2024, the same day as the broadcast. In the text, Min Hee Jin states that hopes HYBE will make a reinstatement offer. Dispatch said Min Hee Jin used the girls to speak on his behalf as his request is in line with NewJeans’.
Min Hee Jin reports what she said to an anonymous source, to the girls’ family members.
“I hope that you will make an offer of cooperation in response to my clear request to be reinstated as CEO to normalize management again.” This was my response to them.

Through other texts it can also be noted that Min Hee Jin was aware of the YouTube live stream.
Family member: “Are they doing live streaming now?”
Min Hee Jin: “[Member redacted]it’s dad, no, at seven. We postponed it a little on purpose, because the Bunnies released something amazing. HYBE was caught insulting me and their sexual harassment was also revealed. That’s better. It’s setting the stage for the girls to do well.
Family member: “Is the YouTube live stream at 7?”
3. Hanni’s appearance at the audit
Hanni had previously said via messages that the company and executives did not know of his decision to show up for the audit against HYBE. The night before the October 8, 2024 audit, Dispatch was captured Years visit Min Hee Jin’s studio. Dispatch claimed that the legal documents held by Hanni were likely a summons from officials due to the audit, leading Dispatch to believe that he had a conversation with Min Hee Jin the night before the audit.
4. Min Hee Jin meets DAVOLINK via Hyeinit’s the uncle
Netizens accuse HYBE of negative mediaplay against NewJeans Hyein’s family
Previously, rumors about Min Hee Jin meeting with DAVOLINK, a company linked to Hyein’s uncle, went viral. She was accused of remaining in contact with them as an investor. Then, Min Hee Jin denied through an official statement that he was not in contact with outside investors, denying a case similar to the tampering of FIFTY FIFTY.
The station filmed her meeting Hyein’s uncle and the owner of DAVOLINK. Hyein’s uncle was said to have linked the two, with Min Hee Jin traveling to meet the owner at his home in a van sent by Hyein’s uncle.
They allegedly spoke for three hours in his internal meeting room. They were said to have discussed the possibility of taking NewJeans with them, out of HYBE.
Hyein’s uncle is said to have first asked DAVOLINK’s CEO to invest around KRW 5.00 billion (around US$3.58 million). The CEO spoke to Dispatch, claiming that he was contacted first and that Hyein’s uncle appeared to be looking for investors, admitting that he had been in conversation with Min for three hours.
On October 2, 2024, according to an automated online business registration system, two new internal directors were reported for DAVOLINK. This occurred two days after Min’s meeting with the CEO. A “Lee” and a “Park” were recorded. The CEO said that Min Hee Jin had both of them by his side and that their names were uploaded after the investor meeting he had with him. Their names were later deleted because Min Hee Jin denied having contact with investors, including of course DAVOLINK. DAVOLINK CEO allegedly “he complained to Dispatch” regarding the sudden change, claiming that “they were the ones who knocked on my door.”
5. Min Hee Jin’s climb up the corporate ladder
Dispatch finally claimed that Min Hee Jin used unethical methods to steal NewJeans from Source Music. They obtained some of his text messages, claiming he used his body to climb the corporate ladder.
- “I flirted heavily with [redacted] LOL.”
- “I made him come closer saying I couldn’t hear him, sitting closer to him.”
- “I think I could make him fall completely in love with me if I slept with him just once…”
- “It’s not that I want to apply pressure using my body, but if sleeping with him will make things easier, then I can.”
To achieve this he was said to use a shaman’s “love spells”, casting them on four or five men. Although she was rejected romantically, she was supposedly able to take NewJeans from Source Music to ADOR.
