On November 26, KST, UI‘S YouTube the channel posted a vlog of his day Heresy Around the worldshowing the chaos behind the scenes of the concert.
After IU wrapped up the last show on September 22 in Seoul, she returned to her green room and took photos with her staff members. Before everyone left the room, the cameraman asked IU’s stylist: Hyesunto spill the beans about an important moment on stage that went largely unnoticed by everyone.
As IU took the stage to perform the song “Last Fantasy,” she wore a voluminous, heavily embellished dress. As she got on the elevator, Hyesun was right behind her, holding the train back, and she got on the elevator with her to make sure he didn’t get caught.
But Hyesun couldn’t get off the elevator in time and ended up on the stage, hidden behind the silhouette of the dress.
To save the performance, Hyesun quickly hid under IU’s gown and remained there for the entire six minutes of the performance.
When she told the story in the green room, IU was stunned. She had no idea her stylist was hiding right under her dress during a live performance! She also felt a tug on the fabric as Hyesun tried to hide effectively, but mistook it for the dress stuck somewhere.
Thanks to her stylist’s quick thinking and incredible camouflage skills, IU’s final concert HERE World tour it ended without a hitch.
